Install the TeamLens agent on macOS

1. Open the TeamLens download page (app.teamlens.ai/download, or Download in the app menu) on the Mac you work on. 2. Click Download for macOS. The app is signed and notarised by Apple and needs macOS 12 Monterey or later. 3. Open the downloaded file, drag TeamLens into Applications, then open it from Applications. 4. Sign in with the same work email you use for TeamLens on the web. 5. If macOS asks for permissions, allow them in System Settings → Privacy & Security, then reopen TeamLens. The Mac agent updates itself automatically.

Windows, Linux and mobile

- macOS: signed and notarised, auto-updating. - Windows: desktop agent available from the download page. - Linux: support is limited today. Some capture features show as Not available on Linux in the agent. - Phones: iPhone and Android apps are in early access. The download page always shows which platforms are available right now. If yours says coming soon, you can still use TeamLens on the web and add the agent later.

Clock in and out with the agent

1. Open the TeamLens agent and sign in. Use the work email your company invited. 2. Click Clock In to start your day. 3. Click Clock Out when you finish. The agent is visible by design: it shows itself while it runs, and there is no hidden recording. Forgot to clock in? Ask for the missing time with a manual time request.

The monitoring notice you see first

Before TeamLens records anything, each person sees a plain-language notice built from their organisation's real settings, for example: - whether screenshots are taken, and whether they are blurred - which apps are excluded - how long data is kept When you confirm you've read it, TeamLens saves who confirmed, when, and which version of the notice was shown. If your organisation changes what it records, everyone is asked again. This is an acknowledgement, not consent. Your employer remains responsible for its lawful basis for monitoring.
