- Open the TeamLens download page (app.teamlens.ai/download, or Download in the app menu) on the Mac you work on.
- Click Download for macOS. The app is signed and notarised by Apple and needs macOS 12 Monterey or later.
- Open the downloaded file, drag TeamLens into Applications, then open it from Applications.
- Sign in with the same work email you use for TeamLens on the web.
- If macOS asks for permissions, allow them in System Settings → Privacy & Security, then reopen TeamLens.
The Mac agent updates itself automatically.
