Before TeamLens records anything, each person sees a plain-language notice built from their organisation's real settings, for example:
- whether screenshots are taken, and whether they are blurred
- which apps are excluded
- how long data is kept
When you confirm you've read it, TeamLens saves who confirmed, when, and which version of the notice was shown. If your organisation changes what it records, everyone is asked again.
This is an acknowledgement, not consent. Your employer remains responsible for its lawful basis for monitoring.
