Plans and prices

Plan Price per seat per month India Team US$6 ₹249 + GST Pro US$10 ₹429 + GST - There is no free plan. - The exact total, including any tax such as GST in India, is always shown before you pay. - If you have a coupon code, enter it at checkout before paying. - The app shows what each plan includes when you choose one.

Seats and organisations

What counts as a seat: a person who is a member of your workspace. Viewers with dashboards count. The same person on two devices counts once. Billing is per organisation. Each organisation has its own plan, seats, card and invoices. One login can own several organisations; switch between them with the organisation switcher in the app. Your workspace admin chooses the plan and manages billing, seats and invoices from Billing in the app.

Refunds and cancelling

- Refund: you can get a refund within 7 days of your first purchase. This applies once per customer: a returning customer, or someone already refunded once, can't get a second refund. - Cancel anytime. - Downgrading keeps your data, and exports are always available. Want a refund? Start a chat from teamlens.ai or in the app and we'll sort it out.
