- Screenshots are off unless your organisation turns them on (Settings → Screenshot capture). They can be switched on or off for the whole organisation, a team or a single person.
- Your organisation can blur screenshots. Blur, app exclusions and retention are set by your organisation.
- If someone views your screenshots unblurred, it is recorded, and you can see it in My data under When someone removed the blur from your screenshots.
- Screenshots and recordings are deleted automatically after 30 days by default (your organisation can change this).
