The daily AI brief and weekly report

Every day at 18:00 TeamLens writes a short brief of how the team's day went. On Fridays you get a weekly edition. Daily Reports in the app go deeper per person: total tracked time, top tasks, a category breakdown, distraction alerts and recommendations. If you see Daily reports aren't switched on here, an admin needs to turn them on for your organisation.

Usage reports and exports

Open Reports to see time spent in apps and websites, filtered by employee or team and date range. - Export CSV or Export PDF from the report. - Schedule a report: pick a cadence and who to send to, or click Send now.

Ask TeamLens, the API and AI assistants

Ask TeamLens answers questions from your own workspace data, such as "who worked on what this week". You can also connect AI assistants. TeamLens has a hosted MCP server that Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Cursor or any MCP client can use. Answers are limited to what that manager is allowed to see. For your own systems there is a REST API with signed webhooks.
