Leave & timesheets

Request leave, and approve it

Employees 1. Open Leaves & Approvals. 2. Choose a leave type, a start date and an end date. 3. Click Submit Application. Managers see requests under Pending approvals and approve them there. Admins set things up under Settings & Policies: - Leave types, each with a maximum number of days per year - The Public Holiday Calendar (Add Holiday)

Add manual time

Use a manual time request for work the agent didn't capture, like a meeting away from your desk or a day you forgot to clock in. 1. Create a manual time request with a start time, an end time and a reason. 2. Your manager approves or rejects it on the Manual Time page. Approved manual time counts toward your timesheet and payroll hours. Pending, approved and rejected requests are all listed, so nothing gets lost.

Timesheets, attendance and payroll export

- Attendance shows who is working now, attended days, an attendance calendar and timesheets. - Payroll shows billable hours and the total payable per employee for the period you choose. How pay is worked out: (clocked time + approved manual time) × hourly rate. Click Export CSV to download it for any pay cycle. TeamLens never moves money; you run payroll in your own system.
