Getting started

What is TeamLens?

TeamLens shows how work actually happens across a hybrid team: attendance, live view, timelines, screenshots (if your organisation turns them on), reports and payroll-ready timesheets, all in one dashboard. On top of that you get: - A daily AI brief at 18:00, with a weekly edition on Fridays - AI insights about how the team is working - Ask TeamLens: questions answered from your own workspace data Where it runs: a web dashboard for everyone, plus a desktop agent for macOS and Windows. See Windows, Linux and mobile. TeamLens is made by Stirring Minds Services Pvt Ltd, India. You can sign up now.

Set up your workspace in about 15 minutes

Most teams see live data within about fifteen minutes. 1. Sign up at app.teamlens.ai/signup and create your workspace. 2. Confirm your email address. Invites can't be sent until it is confirmed. 3. Invite your team from the Team page. 4. Ask each person to install the desktop agent and sign in with their work email. Your first AI brief arrives at 18:00 the same day. Your first week: let data build up, check the daily briefs, then on Friday approve hours and export the payroll CSV.

Invite your team

1. Confirm your own email address first. Invites can't be sent until it is confirmed. 2. Open Team and click Invite member. 3. Enter your teammate's work email and send. They get an email with a link to join your workspace. 4. Once they accept, ask them to install the TeamLens agent on their computer. Pending invites: invite links expire after 3 days. From the Team page you can resend an invite or revoke it.

Didn't get the verification email?

1. The email usually arrives within a minute. Check your spam or promotions folder. 2. Still nothing? Open the verify-email page and use Resend with the same address you signed up with. 3. Click the link in the newest email. Older links stop working once a new one is sent. Still stuck? Start a chat with us from teamlens.ai or inside the app.
